This Administration Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
The successful Administration Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing and data entry to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Purchasing materials and supplies as needed.
- Responding to phone calls and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining filing systems and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Performing general office duties as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to communicate clearly both in writing and over the phone. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong preference for being a PR or Citizen of the relevant country. Working in this role will provide opportunities for growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:- Excellent time management skills.
