Boston Scientific Gruppe is looking for an experienced Business Development Expert - EP to spearhead the launch of innovative EP technologies in Australia & New Zealand.
This position will be based in South Australia and will report directly to the Business Development Manager.
Main Objectives:
- Lead Technology Integration: Drive the implementation of new technologies, educate hospital teams, and support physicians in using Boston Scientific's EP solutions effectively.
- Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with KOLs, decision-makers, and healthcare providers to increase market presence and improve patient outcomes.
- Deliver Comprehensive Clinical Support: Offer in-depth training, case assistance, and troubleshooting to guarantee smooth integration of PFA, RF ablation, 3D mapping, and other technologies.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct market analysis, assess competitors, and provide strategic insights to drive business expansion and product positioning.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, preferably in a commercial or business-oriented role.
- Profound knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures, including expertise in pulsed field ablation, RF ablation, 3D mapping, and EP signal interpretation.
- A strong commercial focus with the ability to drive product adoption and market growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
