Business Partner for Change

We are seeking a dedicated team player to collaborate with our business unit and drive meaningful change.

This 12-month contract offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can utilize your expertise in Human Resources solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-to-end HR initiatives, working closely with Senior Leaders and Line leaders to build and implement Human Resources solutions aligned with business needs
  • Providing recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of Human Resources, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, HRIS management, D&I, psychosocial/psychological safety, employee relations, organisational planning, organisational change management and/or other services
  • Interpreting policies, programs, and practices for leaders, while considering organisational requirements
  • Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve business challenges, incorporating organisational knowledge
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational and business objectives

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
  • 2-3+ years in junior HR Business Partnering or Advisory role
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with Human Resource organisational policies and practices
  • Proven knowledge of Generalist Human Resources best practice
  • Relationship management and influencing skills
  • Understanding of Australian employment law landscape
