Finance Representative Role

Deliver exceptional member experiences through consultative service and financial expertise.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with members to create a positive experience consistent with the organization's values and culture.
  • Provide professional, helpful, and courteous service during interactions.
  • Deepen relationships by executing engagement strategies and offering expert product knowledge.
  • Develop solutions to educate and improve member financial well-being using resources such as the Member Vision Plan.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of transactions and requests as outlined in performance standards.
  • Efficiently onboard new members and complete call programs to meet needs, as assigned.
  • Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls and remain flexible to changes.
  • Participate in branch promotions and community events to build meaningful relationships.
  • Work effectively in a team environment across organizational levels.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Passion for helping others and building relationships to assist members meet financial goals.
  • Good communication and human relation skills.
  • Ability to ask open-ended questions, problem solve, and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaboration skills to develop strong working relationships with coworkers and business line partners.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
