Job Advert: Signal Processing Engineer (Senior Preferred)

This role plays a critical part in the development of our sonobuoy systems product space, particularly in our network/RF systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in algorithm/math/physics and experience in the following technical skills:

  • Embedded systems (host software device control)
  • RF systems hardware (VHF, UHF)
  • Real-time processing (on Linux)
  • C++ design and implementation skills (product code bases)
  • Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator
  • Network understanding/experience (distributed systems over Ethernet)
  • Experience with hardware testing processes
  • Python experience (simulation/test frameworks)
  • Linux experience (application programming/deployment)
  • Windows experience (application programming/deployment)

To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain NV1 clearance.
