Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solution architecture and technical expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement robust solution architectures that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and patterns to support efficient reuse of solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on solution architecture and implementation best practices.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise and solution architectures, including corporate, industry, national, and international standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ERP and Human Capital Management solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent key initiatives.
- Excellent relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, and Development Frameworks, as well as Release and Change control methods.
- Solid experience with TOGAF, ITIL, and Development Frameworks.
- Knowledge of developing trends in solution architecture and implementation recommendations.
- Ability to establish assessment criteria for system architecture components and coordinate design activities.
