About the Role

Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a results-driven Retail Operations Project Manager to join our brand-new, high-impact team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic and operational projects across our retail network.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, managing scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 6, developing their skills in visual merchandising and store project management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across our stores.
  • Support the rollout of new systems, technologies, and store formats.
  • Act as the key liaison between head office and store teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to evaluate project impact and ROI.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive leader with a passion for retail.
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
  • Prior experience in a project management role is preferred.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • A strong understanding of retail store operations and the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
