About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant in our Sneaker Division. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on the latest sneaker trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
