Job Title: Senior Consultant, Fundraising And Partnerships

The role of a Senior Consultant, Fundraising and Partnerships involves leading capital mobilization efforts aligned with the goals of a pioneering initiative under the Orange Movement. This innovative impact-linked credit guarantee program is designed to unlock capital for underserved populations, including women, minority, and indigenous-owned or impacting micro, small, and medium enterprises (impact MSMEs) across Australia.

We are a pioneer in impact investing, dedicated to reshaping finance for sustainable development. Over the past 15+ years, we have built the sustainable investing market through Capital Mobilization – Including the Women's Livelihood Bond Series (6 listed bonds and growing).
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Fundraising and Partnerships to lead grant-based technical assistance funding and catalytic capital for the pilot guarantee facility, onboarding banking partners, and engaging a broad range of stakeholders—government, corporates, philanthropic foundations, family offices, and ecosystem partners.
This role combines capital raising, funder engagement, and strategic input into the design of inclusive financial solutions.
