POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Property Conveyancing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Drafting and evaluating sale contracts, including post-exchange documentation.
- Overseeing conveyancing processes from initiation to completion, managing the entire lifecycle of each case.
- Executing PEXA settlements and managing all associated administrative responsibilities.
- Facilitating property registration through PEXA.
- Compiling settlement statements and financial figures to guarantee precise financial management.
- Communicating with clients during property transactions to keep them updated.
- Coordinating with mortgage lenders and other stakeholders involved in the process.
- Ensuring the prompt transfer of ownership and exchange of contracts.
- Performing additional tasks as necessary to assist the conveyancing workflow.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensed Conveyancer.
- Proficiency in using PEXA.
- A desire to contribute significantly to a collaborative, high-achieving team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
- Capability to independently manage your files and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with professionalism.
