About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Promotions Coordinator to assist in the creation and distribution of promotional content across email and website platforms. This role will involve coordinating marketing campaigns, helping list and promote new products, and collaborating with internal teams on content.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating engaging promotional content for various brands
  • Managing promotion end-to-end, including campaign brief development, internal team liaison, and creative execution
  • Distributing promotional marketing content across multiple mediums, such as Email, Mobile, Website, and SMS
  • Developing, proofreading, and implementing email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improving content for the Email channel
  • Ensuring accurate and high-quality website content to support informed customer decisions
  • Liaising with the broader Marketing and Purchasing teams, and external partners, to create effective campaign content
  • Monitoring and reporting email campaign results, and suggesting improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications
  • Demonstrated experience working in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • An interest in email campaigns and EDMs, with some practical experience an advantage
  • Comfortable working with Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop
  • A focus on attention to detail and pride in exceptional work
  • The ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities
