The successful applicant will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to patients' unique needs
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management
- Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational therapy practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
