Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in patient-facing roles, preferably in healthcare settings.
  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and staff.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, demonstrating expertise in patient care delivery.
