We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team on the Great Barrier Reef. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exquisite menus that delight the senses and elevate the dining experience for guests from around the globe.

Your role will involve managing day-to-day kitchen operations at Reefworld with a hands-on approach. You will ensure 5-star service standards are maintained and exceeded for an exceptional guest experience. You will also understand and accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements for diverse guests.

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will have a highly self-motivated attitude, excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and have proficiency with MS Office and general administrative tasks.

You will also need to possess a relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery and a minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a similar chef's role. You will hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, Food Safety Supervisor (Level 1 and Level 2), HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, and HLTAID015 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation & Apply basic oxygen certifications. Additionally, you will hold a QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) and National Police Clearance.
