We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Science Analyst to join our team at Job2Go Pty Ltd. As a Senior Marketing Science Analyst, you will be responsible for performing business analysis for engagements, formulating and documenting business requirements, and leading project management and execution of programs for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis for engagements to ensure the success of each engagement.
  • Lead project management and execution of programs for customers, including data collection, harmonization, and review, model building, result interpretation, and key insights formulation.
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders, developers, and testers to propose feasible solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Unify analytics with business acumen to partner with clients to work through challenging marketing planning decisions and unique business questions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure their business needs are met by understanding customer business objectives and delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Marketing Science Analysts across technical and consulting competencies.
  • Create training documentation for end users of engagements and run training sessions.
  • Assist with reviewing existing operational and support processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Marketing.
  • 1-3 years' experience with advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques for marketing, customer, and business applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Comprehensive experience in documenting business requirements.
  • Experience working independently on analytical tasks, building, and optimizing 'big data' pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations using insights derived from analytics.
  • Experience using data to solve complex business questions and demonstrate awareness of broader business impacts.
  • Account management and customer success skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
