As a Pilot Plant Engineer/Technician, you will be responsible for showcasing our technology to clients through pilot plants.
This role involves acting as our on-site representative, building strong client relationships and promoting our capabilities. You will also support the development, setup, monitoring, and reporting of pilot systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as our on-site representative, building strong client relationships and promoting our capabilities.
- Support the development, setup, monitoring, and reporting of pilot systems.
- Prepare plant performance reports and translate pilot data into scalable system design inputs.
- Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain pilot equipment, contributing hands-on support where required.
- Collect and analyze operational data, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and contributing to innovative solutions.
- Champion safety and quality practices in all site and office activities.
Requirements:
- Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
- Willingness to learn (training on Cerflo/Cerafiltec membranes provided).
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work at remote sites as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Practical, 'hands-on' approach with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and strong documentation skills.
- Mechanical, Electrical, other Trade or Engineering qualification.
- Knowledge of process engineering and water chemistry.
- Experience with chemical handling.
