Opportunity Overview

As an OSHC Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Creating engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
  • Building positive relationships within the school community
  • Mentoring staff and supporting their career growth

Responsibilities also include managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks, as well as rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives, with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of all children, families and staff involved in our programs, and require employees to hold a valid Working with Children's Check and National Criminal History Check.
