Home Care Worker Job

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team in providing high-quality home care services to older Australians.

About the Role:

This role involves providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. It also includes assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Additionally, you will be helping clients with transportation and social activities, reviewing and implementing care plans to ensure clients' goals and needs are met, and using technology to track client information and identify potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Help clients with transportation and social activities
  • Review and implement care plans to ensure clients' goals and needs are met
  • Use technology to track client information and identify potential hazards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support, a current Australian Driver's License, and reliable registered transport. You will also need to be able to use a smartphone and assist clients with theirs, and have a friendly and respectful attitude towards clients.
