About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional EUC expert to join our Cloud Infrastructure Services team at Capgemini. Job Description

  • With 5+ years of experience in similar roles, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) best practices, cloud and on-premises implementations, and effective workshops to develop solution design documents.
  • You will analyze MEMCM/Intune implementations, identify areas of opportunity, and provide application and OS maintenance and support services to users or service delivery functions.
  • Packages and deploys software through SCCM/Intune, configures and automates deployment processes, and executes application and/or platform changes, releases, and service requests in supported environments.
  • You will ensure all work is carried out and documented according to required standards, methods, and procedures.
  • A customer-focused, caring approach, ability to work independently and unsupervised, energy, passion, and high motivation are essential qualities for this role.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will possess:

  • In-depth expertise in Windows Autopilot for pre-provisioned deployment, Co-management, Conditional Access, MAM for IOS and Android.
  • Demonstrated hands-on engineering and operational experience in MOE management, Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Microsoft 365 Service Administration, Teams Voice, Teams Meeting Rooms.
  • Experience with Microsoft End User Computing technologies, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and Autopilot), SCCM, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, RDS/Windows365, MS Teams, MS Office Applications, PowerShell.
  • Strong development skills for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server Operating Systems, including automatic deployment of OS leveraging SCCM Task Sequences and Intune Autopilot.
  • Strong experience in application packaging for MOE or SOE environments, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Group Policy (GPO) and Intune Policies.
  • Experience with WSUS and Patch Management using SCCM, Intune, and Update Management in Azure.
  • Compliance with SCCM SSRS and Update Compliance in Azure.
  • MSI, MSIX, and PowerShell packaging experience across desktop and/or server environments.
  • Remote access solutions, including DirectAccess and Always On VPN.
