Legal Professional Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work as a key member of our legal team, collaborating closely with senior leaders and contributing to strategic initiatives in a values-driven organisation.

You will provide pragmatic commercial advice across the organisation, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, leases, procurement contracts, and property documents.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, leases, procurement contracts, and property documents;
  • Advising on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance issues, including disputes and problem-solving contractor matters;
  • Supporting the organisation in responding to disclosures, subpoenas, and historic claims;
  • Contribute to company secretarial responsibilities and support special projects as required;
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, HR, and senior leadership to deliver business-focused legal solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 4–5 years' post-admission experience, ideally with a background in commercial, corporate, or property law;
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills, with the ability to contextualise advice in a regulated environment;
  • Confidence working across a wide range of legal matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen;
  • A collaborative style and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Pragmatism, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset;
  • In-house experience is desirable.
