Synopsis:

Lead and manage turf and garden operations across multiple sites, focusing on quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

You will report directly to a senior manager and oversee end-to-end management of maintenance contracts. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing improvements.

Your expertise in turf and horticultural management, combined with strong leadership skills, will drive high-quality outcomes and empower staff to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily grounds and garden maintenance activities across multiple sites
  • Identify and implement improvements in client spaces to enhance quality and presentation
  • Lead and mentor staff, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and development
  • Prepare accurate quotes in alignment with client expectations and timelines
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance operations and contract deliverables
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Champion safety and operational excellence across your team

About You:

You are an experienced leader with a solid background in turf or horticultural management. You understand how to manage people, timelines, and client expectations, and thrive in dynamic environments.
