Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the rest of the team to ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising
  • Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably within beauty, is desirable
  • Must have makeup certification and experience
  • A knowledge of selling fragrance products is preferable
