Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements.
- Assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
- Compile information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Build and develop relationships with clients, promoting our business restructuring offering.
- Ensure all working papers are accurate and the file is maintained in an appropriate manner.
- Investigate and report any identified contraventions on a timely basis.
- Work experience in a similar role from 2-4 years.
- Degree-qualified in the relevant area.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Ability to work as a team and independently as required.
- Strong communication skills to ensure strong relationships with clients and team members.
- High attention to detail due to the sensitive nature of the work.
