The RoleAs a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing betting activity on a wide range of sporting events. You will use your expertise to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, while also ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
You will work closely with our executives to monitor pricing strategies and product offerings, and provide insights that inform business decisions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of risk management decisions
- Manage liability and respond to alerts and suspensions
- Analyze customer betting patterns to enhance our customer segmentation tiers
- Own risk performance reporting at a team and individual level
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive performance improvements
- Contribute to the development of price assurance strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Mentor and support other team members to ensure optimal work performance
We are looking for someone with a strong background in risk management, data analysis, and business intelligence. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
You will have a high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. A passion for sports is a plus, but not required.
