About the Role
The Case Success Manager will oversee the critical aspect of managing client and law firm experiences, assessing clients for eligibility, and supporting each case to a successful resolution. Based in Sydney, this role reports directly to Andy O'Connor, Co-CEO, working closely with other members of the credit assessment and client success team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional experiences for clients and law firm partners;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for approved clients and law firms;
- Assisting in the assessment of client applications for funding, collaborating with clients and law firms to gain a comprehensive understanding of prospective clients' needs;
- Developing processes to track the status of funded cases;
- Identifying and responding to potential risks on funded cases;
- Nurturing relationships with law firm partners to ensure positive experiences;
- Evaluating requests from clients and law firms to provide necessary resources for equitable settlements;
- Reporting on the status of funded cases, including loan risks and expected time to resolution;
- Analysing case outcomes to refine JustFund's credit assessment processes;
- Approving payment requests from law firms; and
- Contribution to high-impact projects based on company priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice;

Location
We value collaboration, brainstorming, and serendipity among team members. While location is important, we prefer candidates to be present in our Sydney CBD office for a minimum of three days a week. Extraordinary remote workers may be considered by exception.
