Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team on a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have skills in high-volume data entry, strong attention to detail, and excellent time-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and updating coded invoices related to CAPEX in Concur with budgets
  • Reviewing WIP data in NAV and backup of invoices and transaction listings
  • Asset capitalisation in NAV using WIP data
  • Updating journal transfers or miscoding's in NAV
  • Ad-hoc budget, accounts, backup queries with internal and external stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • Experience with high-volume data entry
  • Finance qualifications and experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time-management capabilities
