The Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our high standards of quality, customer service, and safety are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our team members and customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory, manage labor costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
