Project Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our network infrastructure projects. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting scope and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, fostering collaboration among technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Project Closure: Oversee project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to defined scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Project Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting scope and quality requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in network architecture, infrastructure, and deployment, with a strong understanding of current technologies and trends.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards a common goal.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Ability: Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
