About the Receptionist Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Receptionist to join our team. The role is responsible for the daily management of the front desk and coordination of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front desk.
  • Manage all incoming calls and general telephone enquiries.
  • Greet and advise visiting clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical duties such as filing and managing visitor car parking.
  • Arrange outgoing couriers' deliveries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, business functions, lunches and dinners.
  • Prepare written documentation and communications for Senior Managers.
  • Coordinate international guest visits.
  • Organise, book and manage business travel & expenses for the Leadership Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literacy in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & Outlook in particular).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in our office 5 days/week (parking available).
