Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, product solutions, and ensuring stock availability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by unpacking stock, conducting regular stock takes, and implementing efficient stock recovery procedures.
  • Ensure the store remains well-merchandised at all times, showcasing our products in an appealing and accessible way.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably within the electronics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for technology and electronics, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
