Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Representative to join our team in South West Sydney and surrounds, with occasional trips to Wagga Wagga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling prescription pharmaceutical products to GPs and pharmacies. Your strong relationships and ability to identify and focus on key customers will drive maximum return. You will work within a great team and supportive experienced manager, using data to drive your decision making and sales focus. You will champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes by working closely with your key customers, leveraging multichannel customer solutions and programs. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product by appropriate field force planning and accurate targeting of customers on territory. You will execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, using multichannel resources including F2F & virtual sales calls to engage targeted customers.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Representative with a solid two years in field experience. You will have a strong background in science, business, or health, with a high achiever mentality and proven sales results. You will be customer-focused and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset that is open to innovation and change. You will have excellent people skills, strong attention to detail, and be a collaborative team player who works well with a territory partner.
