We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver and Support Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities.

You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, transportation, and promote independence for our older persons. Our Caregivers work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive high-quality, responsive, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to residents
  • Transport residents to appointments and outings
  • Promote independence and encourage residents to participate in activities
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in Aged Care or personal care (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Be able to follow policies and procedures at all times
  • Be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals
What We Offer
  • Casual hourly rate of $40.26 - $43.93 per hour + superannuation
