Automotive Workshop Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Workshop Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing workshops, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, staff development, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales and customer service
  • Management of store operations and budgets
  • Customer service
  • Booking jobs and allocating tasks to technicians
  • Accounts and invoicing
  • Direct dealings with head office
  • Training and coaching of staff members
  • Mechanical duties as required
  • Stock ordering and management
  • Cash handling
  • Opening and closing of the store

Requirements:

  • Qualified mechanic with previous experience in workshop management
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Availability to work every second Saturday
