Experienced Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about patient care and looking to grow their skills in a supportive, modern dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Perform reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment processing, and insurance inquiries.
- Previous experience in dental procedures and familiarity with dental terminology.
- Experience using dental software systems.
- Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature towards patients' needs and concerns.
- Friendly, positive, and flexible attitude, contributing to a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures to uphold clinic standards.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
