Lead Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and friendly team member to join our modern dental practice as a Senior Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator. Key Responsibilities- Assist clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment and insurance processing.
- Previous experience in dental procedures and familiarity with dental terminology.
- Experience using dental software systems.
- Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature towards patients' needs and concerns.
- Friendly, positive, and flexible attitude contributing to a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures to uphold clinic standards.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
