Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the Loss Recovery & Corporate Write off team to ensure success is achieved
  • Report to management any trends that may impact our strategy
  • Be the first point of escalation for customer queries and issues
  • Negotiate payments and payment arrangements for Loss Recovery & Corporate Write off accounts
  • Maintain customer payment records and ensure accurate and timely updates
  • Utilize skip tracing and skip tools to locate customers and recover outstanding debts
  • Liaise with internal and external legal teams to manage the legal collections process
  • Collaborate with our third-party field call service to proactively seek outcomes on accounts
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial collections
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • A strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail
