Curriculum Implementation Leader

As a senior administrator in curriculum development, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of educational processes.

You will oversee and coordinate the delivery of curriculum implementation for Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education (VET), ensuring seamless student transaction processes.

Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the institution, collaborating closely with stakeholders including education teams and operational staff.

Establishing efficient and effective administration practices by reviewing and improving policies and processes related to curriculum data management will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading, developing, guiding, and motivating staff

- Influencing, developing, and implementing policy, ensuring adherence to standard processes and government legislation in a large organisation

- Development of effective strategic and operational plans, and the design and implementation of process improvements

- A sound understanding of higher education and vocational sectors and their interrelationships with state and federal government processes and structures

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience and management expertise
