Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Coordinator to oversee the planning, administration, and delivery of our programs.

About the Role

  • Coordinate bookings, activities, curriculum-based field studies, and school holiday programs
  • Develop and oversee education programs that are curriculum-aligned and engaging
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality communication and delivery
  • Support marketing strategies to grow participation and expand offerings
  • Assist with staff rostering, training, and mentoring
  • Evaluate and maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards across all programs
  • Train and develop staff in outdoor recreation activities to enhance team capabilities

About You

  • Hold strong administrative and planning skills – highly organised with attention to detail
  • Possess background in education (teaching, curriculum design, or outdoor learning) – an advantage
  • Hold experience in outdoor recreation activities and ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and business growth mindset, with capacity to develop new offerings and expand reach to schools, groups, and community
  • Show interest in charitable and community programs
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Embody proactive and solutions-focused approach, comfortable balancing office work with occasional field-based responsibilities
