Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration

  • Perform full technical end-to-end installations, from server unboxing to workstation installations.
  • Undertake Red Hat server installations, configuring servers as required.

Training and Support

  • Provide comprehensive training on software applications virtually and on-site.
  • Creation of training materials and support documentation.

Reporting and Communication

  • Post-installation reports for management.
  • Risk management and mitigation throughout installation lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in desktop/software support or equivalent IT degree.
  • Previous network and desktop support/service desk/training experience.
  • Strong Windows PC operating system knowledge.
  • Red Hat Linux and SQL database knowledge.
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software/network configurations.
  • Manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Maintain interpersonal skills and industry/product knowledge.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service delivery focus.
  • Positive attitude with adaptability.
  • Effective team collaboration.
  • Current car driver's license.
  • Australian residency.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • 2 years' experience in software training.
  • Formal IT qualifications.
  • Motor vehicle knowledge.
