Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and cooking of food to meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
