Generalist People & Culture Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Generalist People & Culture professional to join our team. This is a true generalist role, with a strong focus on supporting our team members and partnering with Leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.

You will play a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment, contributing to employee engagement, retention, and growth, while helping shape a values-driven culture.

The successful candidate will have 2-3+ years' experience in a similar generalist P&C role, with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with foundational knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with employees and leaders to identify and address challenges, support career development, and enhance engagement and retention
  • Provide operational advice on people matters including performance, conduct, and employee relations
  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives such as remuneration reviews, career conversations, and engagement surveys
  • Collaborate on P&C projects and change management activities
  • Champion inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and WHS initiatives
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis
  • Lead Talent Acquisition activities by running end-to-end recruitment processes, attending early careers events, and facilitating assessment centres
