Project Manager Opportunity

This is a chance to join a mid-tier civil contractor that continues to grow and expand its project portfolio.

The company delivers projects from wind farms, tailings storage facilities, road and haul road construction to village and camp accommodation, flood levees, and large-scale infrastructure works.

With proven experience managing projects from $10M to $100M+, this business focuses on bringing in great people, investing in them, and supporting long-term career growth.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to take the lead on projects in our growing pipeline. This role offers the chance to work across a broad scope of projects on a 14:7 roster.

You will be supported and mentored by highly respected industry leaders, gaining exposure across complex and diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage programs, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Work with a collaborative approach and focus on positive project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven site-based experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in mining or renewable infrastructure delivery.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, program management, and commercial awareness.
