We are seeking an experienced Import Operations professional to join our client's vibrant and upbeat team. As an Import Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our client's business and developing your career further.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in Import Operations and customer service in Freight Forwarding
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with day-to-day business
- Full knowledge of all aspects of Imports to Australia, including Sea Cargo Automation, Air Cargo Automation, and Cargowise Systems
- Import sea and air experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Import FAK Operations
- Job Registrations
- Lodging of SCA
- Invoicing
- Handling BMSB
- Working with Shipping Lines & Depots
- Working with Overseas Agents and clients
- All aspects of imports
