We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead our Data and Intelligence division at Coles Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and launching excellent data products that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Quarterly Data Review and product planning to ensure alignment with business strategy
- Develop and own the Data Team roadmap, including gathering and prioritizing product features and customer requirements
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build their data capabilities and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build and lead a high-performing Product Management team with a broad set of experiences in delivering data products and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for IT contribution to business improvement and implement new technologies that provide business benefit
We are looking for an experienced and proven people leader with a minimum of 8 years' experience as a product manager of data products in an agile environment. You should have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
You should also have a strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics applications within corporate environments, as well as experience in business change methodologies and product management, agile, and development methodologies.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making and ensuring that our data products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
