About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant at our Bras N Things Wollongong store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling empowered and satisfied.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products, providing product recommendations and styling advice.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card sales, and refunds.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for retail and customer service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
