Program Lead - Pathways to Wellbeing

The Pathways to Wellbeing Program Lead will oversee the delivery of therapeutic group programs for children and families, foster strong referral pathways and community networks, and enhance workforce capacity in evidence-based practices.

This role requires a high level of leadership and program management skills to ensure the successful implementation and outcomes of these programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related discipline, as well as current certifications such as a Working with Children Check and NSW Driver's Licence.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong understanding of child and youth development, mental health and wellbeing frameworks, and experience in leading or coordinating early intervention programs in school or community settings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapeutic group programs for children and families
  • Foster strong referral pathways and community networks
  • Enhance workforce capacity in evidence-based practices
  • Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related discipline
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
  • Strong understanding of child and youth development, mental health and wellbeing frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating or delivering early intervention programs in school or community settings
  • Excellent organisational, communication and report writing skills
  • Warm, relational approach in dynamic program environments
