Your Role as a PEER Subject Matter Expert

In this capacity, you will support Trainers and Assessors in their knowledge and performance areas while pursuing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Competitive Compensation

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 4: $51 - $64 P/H

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 3: $48 - $60 P/H

Subject Matter Expert Level 2: $42 - $53 P/H

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Electrical trade qualification
  • Current PGE Licence
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to pass Working with Children and National Police Checks
  • Demonstrated success in inspiring and supporting individuals while fostering a positive and creative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to pursue this qualification
