Job Title: Program Director

Seven Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Director to join our delivery practice on a contract basis.

Your Role:
  • Lead and manage large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to align key stakeholders into a cohesive team with a shared vision and path to success.
  • Ensure transparency in reporting and communications, and implement rigorous program management and control disciplines.
  • Work with senior PMO and program professionals to provide insights and collaborate on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Manage projects and programs using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
What You Bring:
  • A successful track record of delivering multiple large programs for blue-chip clients.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success.
  • Natural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
