Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated carers to support clients across the Central Coast region.

  • Provide essential care and assistance to help older people live independently in their homes, directly improving their quality of life.
  • Travel to clients' homes using your own vehicle, for which you will be reimbursed 96 cents per km plus travel time.
  • You will receive a work phone and perform various tasks including personal care, household assistance, transportation, and medication management.
About You
  • You should have good communication skills and be patient and solutions-focused.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, but not necessary.
  • You must hold a valid driver's license and have access to an insured, reliable vehicle (minimum Third Party Property Insurance).
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable.
Benefits
  • You will earn $28.70 to $31.50 per hour plus 96c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided.
  • All care workers will receive comprehensive training, no prior experience is required.

  • We will provide a First Aid Certificate and cover the cost of obtaining one.
  • Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training is available if desired.
