Join Our Team: F&B Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our seasonal venue, Tilly's Garden.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails, a strong understanding of functions and events, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and training F&B attendants
  • Overseeing daily operations in the kitchen and bar areas
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring high-quality food and beverage service

Requirements:

  • Experience in functions and events for a busy venue
  • Extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages
  • A valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA, and Food Handlers certificate
  • Amazing customer service skills, charisma, and an energetic attitude
